The following notice was sent to the Albertsons Companies on behalf of our members working for Kings and ACME as part of our obligation to inform and protect the affected membership.  When we receive a response, we will pass it along.  If we fail to get a response, we will file an appropriate action under the Collective Bargaining Agreements.
