IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT JOHN T. NICCOLLAI October 27, 2026

 

It has just come to your Union’s attention that scammers are using the name of our Union and the officers representing the Union in an attempt to setup a ZOOM call with members for the purpose of discussing their healthcare. Please be assured that we have not entered into any such agreement with any company and members, if contacted, should be aware that they may be scammed into giving personal and sensitive information to individuals seeking to do irreparable harm. 

 

Once again if you are contacted by any company or individual representing that they are acting under the authority or Local 464A or its officers regarding healthcare without question, you are being scammed. We would appreciate those of you who read this very important message please bring it to the attention of our brothers and sisters. Remember our healthcare plan is second to none with benefits and emoluments that not even corporate executives enjoy. There is certainly no basis for us to contact any third party to discuss healthcare with our members. 

 

Thank you, for your cooperation in this matter and please let our brothers and sisters know of this dangerous scam. Also, it will be helpful to contact the Union in the event any member is called because obviously if it continues we need to bring in the proper authorities.
