LITTLE FALLS - Although the sign on the door to John T. Niccollai's expansive office at the United Food and Commercial Workers Union Local 464A on Paterson Avenue reads "Negotiations in Progress," in red block letters, the union president does more than just negotiate contracts on behalf of the 18,000 workers his organization represents at chain food markets in the region.

The Union Agents and Organizing Coordinators of UFCW Local 464A have decades of experience serving the needs of the union's members. Each Agent and Coordinator travels the region visiting as many as ten stores each day.Their roles cross many functions from aiding members in their understanding of their Collective Bargaining Agreement to providing advice and counsel on everyday employment matters.
